Exhibits are to be displayed in the Main Exhibit Hall.

Notations
Bottles must be of clear or tinted glass and clean (without labels).
Liquor or other bottles are not acceptable.
Screw caps or twist off caps are not acceptable.
Competitors may enter only one wine in each section.
Classifications
Wines may be made from concentrates, 100% juice and/or fresh grapes. Single variety wines must contain 100% of the grape variety named. Blended wines must be identified as to the percentage of each variety in the blend and may contain no more than 75% of a dominant grape or fruit variety.
Red Table Wine
Red Table Wines are dry with an alcohol content of 10% to 13% and are to be consumed with richly flavoured foods. Colour range is from light red through ruby and garnet.
White Table Wine
White Table Wines are dry with an alcohol content of 9% to 11% and are to be consumed with lighter flavoured foods. The colour ranges from clear to straw to golden. The wine should not be sparkling.
