Junior Classes

1st= $20 2nd= $15 3rd = $12 4th = $10 5th = $5

Senior/Open Classes

1st= $30 2nd= $25 3rd = $20 4th = $15 5th = $10

Age Classification

1. Peewee — age 10 and under.

2. Youth — age 11 to 17.

3. Senior — 18 years of age and older.

No cross entry allowed from division to division unless otherwise stated or

an open class.

24. Open Pairs Competition. Join a family member or make a new

friend at the fair. Enter and have some fun.

25. Costume Class: OPEN. Theme  “Year of the Nursery Rhyme.”

26. Open 2-Buck-a-Ride: Throw your toonie in the hat at the gate,

receive your “Delta Fair 2 Buck.” Winner takes all. Your toonie is

your entry fee.



Special Rules

1. All entrants must provide proof of liability insurance to the show secretary with entry papers. To save time on the day of show please mail photocopy with your entries.

2. All entrants must pay a one-time fee of $5 per person, regardless of age, for Delta Fair membership. This is a requirement from the fair for insurance purposes.

3. If the judge deems any horse unfit, that horse must withdraw from the competition.

  1. 4.Immunodiffusion Test (Coggins) for Equine Infectious Anemia: The board does not require this test for the 20098 Delta Fair Horse Show. This does not include the Horse Draw.

  2. 5.The Delta Fair Horse Committee reserves the right to combine or separate classes by numbers of entries.

Please note that all entries should be submitted by July 24, 2009, or they will

be treated as a late entry.

Late entrys will be accepted up to a half hour before the start of the show.

Late entry fee: $2.00 extra, per class.
